Robbie Minnitti - Head Coach

Robbie Minnitti brings a unique blend of high-level athletic achievement, coaching experience, and leadership development to youth baseball. A former two-time NCAA Division I All-American in track and field and member of multiple USA National Teams, Robbie has spent his career competing and coaching at elite levels while developing athletes both on and off the field.

In addition to competing internationally, Robbie has coached at the high school and NCAA Division I levels, helping athletes maximize performance through discipline, preparation, accountability, and mental toughness. He also owned and operated a successful athlete training business in Seattle, Washington, where he worked with youth and collegiate athletes across multiple sports.

Over the past several years, Robbie has coached youth baseball, football, basketball, and other developmental sports programs, serving as both a head coach and assistant coach. His coaching philosophy centers around player development, character building, teamwork, and creating a competitive environment where athletes learn how to lead, compete, and grow with confidence.

As the head coach of FC Prime 12U, Robbie is committed to building a high-level baseball culture focused on fundamentals, effort, sportsmanship, and long-term athlete development. His goal is to help young players not only improve their baseball skills, but also develop the work ethic, resilience, and leadership qualities that will benefit them throughout life.

Brad Donovan is a native Phoenician and resident of Ahwatukee for the last 25 years. His extensive background as a multi-sport athlete during his formative years instilled in him a profound understanding of team dynamics and the pursuit of collective success.

He possesses an inherent drive to cultivate an environment where rigorous effort and unwavering discipline are not just encouraged but celebrated as essential components for personal and collective growth. This commitment to continuous improvement forms the bedrock of his coaching philosophy.

As he takes the helm of FC Prime 12U, Coach Donovan is poised to introduce a distinctly results-oriented approach. His methodology will meticulously focus on refining fundamental skills and ensuring precise execution, demanding excellence from every player. Beyond the technical aspects, Brad is dedicated to building a spirited and cohesive unit, where players can discover the joy of competition and collaboration, ultimately empowering them to not only establish challenging objectives but also to experience the immense satisfaction of achieving them together.

Seth O'Brien - Assistant Coach / Bench Coach

Coach Seth O’Brien brings more than 11 years of youth baseball coaching experience in Ahwatukee, helping develop athletes from their first seasons on the field through highly competitive 13U AAA baseball. Throughout his coaching career, he has built a reputation for developing fundamentally sound, confident players who are prepared to compete and succeed at the next level.

A respected leader within the local baseball community, Coach O’Brien has coached multiple Ahwatukee Little League All-Star teams, including the 2023 District Championship team. His extensive experience in both league play and high-level tournament competition has provided him with a deep understanding of what it takes for young athletes to grow, perform, and thrive in competitive environments.

Coach O’Brien’s philosophy is rooted in player development, baseball IQ, work ethic, and accountability. He believes that long-term success is built through disciplined practice habits, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to mastering the fundamentals. His coaching emphasizes not only technical skill development, but also the mental aspects of the game—teaching players how to think, compete, and respond to challenges with confidence and resilience.

Passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential, Coach O’Brien understands that youth baseball is about more than wins and losses. He is committed to developing players who are prepared for the next level of competition while also building the character, discipline, and leadership skills that will serve them far beyond the baseball field.

"Champions aren't built on game day—they're built through consistent effort, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting better every single day." – Coach Seth O’Brien

Robert Bosolet Jr. - Assistant Coach / Player Development Director

Originally from New York, Coach Bosolet grew up competing in both baseball and football throughout his high school and college years. While his playing career may not have reached the heights he once envisioned, the lessons learned through sports shaped the foundation of who he is today and ultimately led him to his true passion: coaching and mentorship.

For more than a decade, Coach Bosolet has dedicated himself to developing young athletes both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy extends far beyond baseball, focusing on helping young men build confidence, discipline, resilience, accountability, and the mindset needed to succeed in all areas of life.

Outside of baseball, Coach Bosolet owns and operates a successful mortgage finance company. However, his greatest motivation comes from helping his son pursue his dreams and reach the next level in the game he loves. That journey has fueled an even deeper passion for mentorship, leadership, and player development.

At Full Count Prime, Coach Bosolet believes coaching is about far more than wins and losses. It’s about creating leaders, building character, and making a lasting impact on young athletes during some of the most important years of their lives.

“The goal isn’t just to develop better players, but to develop better men.”
